Krav Maga training in Poznań is not just about learning to fight – it’s about personal growth. In our classes, we develop not only technique but also key character traits that are useful in everyday life: determination, composure, courage, and decisiveness.
The Krav Maga system is designed to work in real-life danger situations. We don’t teach competitive sports rules – we teach how to defend yourself in the street, on public transport, or in a crowded place. We focus on simplicity and fast learning – our techniques are intuitive and effective, even for people with no prior experience.

👊 Classes are led by qualified instructors from the Wielkopolskie Centrum Samoobrony i Bezpieczeństwa (Greater Poland Center for Self-Defense and Safety), with many years of experience teaching Krav Maga and working with people of all ages.
