Stanis\u0142awa Wyspia\u0144skiego 14\/37, 60-750 Pozna\u0144, NIP PL7822415162, REGON 360274359<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Participation Requirements:<\/strong><br>Participation requires a signed Health Declaration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risk Disclaimer:<\/strong><br>Participants declare that they take part in classes at their own risk and are aware of the potential risks associated with recreational practice of martial arts and self-defense, including the possibility of injuries or other conditions resulting from physical exertion or physical contact with other participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants accept this risk and agree to exercise caution and inform the instructor about any health contraindications, injuries, or discomfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The first group session is free of charge for new clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly passes are valid for specific scheduled sessions during a given calendar month, as listed in the schedule at <a>https:\/\/www.samoobronapoznan.pl\/?page_id=15<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pricing and active promotions are available at <a>https:\/\/www.samoobronapoznan.pl\/?page_id=19<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passes must be paid by the 10th of the month to qualify for the listed price; otherwise, each session is charged as a single training session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Corporate and group training:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For corporate events and training for organized groups, WCSiB charges a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the order value, or a different amount agreed individually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signing up for courses, seminars, or workshops constitutes a contract upon acceptance of these terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon acceptance, a civil contract is entered between the participant (or legal guardian) and WCSiB. In matters not covered by these terms, the Civil Code applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations for private sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays by the client do not extend the session time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly passes cover specific training dates, and missed classes are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No sessions are held on public holidays, December 24, or December 31. These sessions are not rescheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposits for company events are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments for scheduled seminars, workshops, or weekend courses are non-refundable. However, substitutions are allowed once per session if the organizer is notified before the start of the event. After the course starts, no changes are accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partial course attendance does not entitle to refunds or make-up sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dress Code:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants must change shoes before entering the training room or train barefoot. Training shoes must not be used outdoors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jewelry, watches, and other potentially hazardous items must be removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal accident insurance is the participant&#8217;s responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vouchers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vouchers are personalized and may only be used by the person named on them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vouchers are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the voucher is used for a lower-priced event, the difference is not refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Complaints Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complaints may be submitted according to the Civil Code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints must be submitted in writing or by email to the address provided in the course agreement or on <a>www.samoobronapoznan.pl<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disputes are handled by the Customer Service Department (email: <a>samoobrona.poznan@gmail.com<\/a>). WCSiB will respond within 14 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The response will be delivered on paper or another durable medium. No warranty is provided under the Civil Code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Electronic Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To use the website and related services properly, the following technical requirements must be met:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Internet access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A browser that supports the reservation panel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An active email account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site.
