Terms and Conditions of the Greater Poland Center for Self-Defense and Security (WCSiB)
Training sessions are a paid service that includes reserving a spot in the training room on a specific date and conducting technical instruction.

Participation Requirements:
Participation requires a signed Health Declaration.
Risk Disclaimer:
Participants declare that they take part in classes at their own risk and are aware of the potential risks associated with recreational practice of martial arts and self-defense, including the possibility of injuries or other conditions resulting from physical exertion or physical contact with other participants.
Participants accept this risk and agree to exercise caution and inform the instructor about any health contraindications, injuries, or discomfort.
Fees:
- The first group session is free of charge for new clients.
- Monthly passes are valid for specific scheduled sessions during a given calendar month, as listed in the schedule at https://www.samoobronapoznan.pl/?page_id=15
- Pricing and active promotions are available at https://www.samoobronapoznan.pl/?page_id=19
- Passes must be paid by the 10th of the month to qualify for the listed price; otherwise, each session is charged as a single training session.
Corporate and group training:
- For corporate events and training for organized groups, WCSiB charges a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the order value, or a different amount agreed individually.
- Signing up for courses, seminars, or workshops constitutes a contract upon acceptance of these terms.
- Upon acceptance, a civil contract is entered between the participant (or legal guardian) and WCSiB. In matters not covered by these terms, the Civil Code applies.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations for private sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Delays by the client do not extend the session time.
- Monthly passes cover specific training dates, and missed classes are non-refundable.
- No sessions are held on public holidays, December 24, or December 31. These sessions are not rescheduled.
- Deposits for company events are non-refundable.
- Payments for scheduled seminars, workshops, or weekend courses are non-refundable. However, substitutions are allowed once per session if the organizer is notified before the start of the event. After the course starts, no changes are accepted.
- Partial course attendance does not entitle to refunds or make-up sessions.
Dress Code:
- Participants must change shoes before entering the training room or train barefoot. Training shoes must not be used outdoors.
- Jewelry, watches, and other potentially hazardous items must be removed.
- Personal accident insurance is the participant’s responsibility.
Vouchers:
- Vouchers are personalized and may only be used by the person named on them.
- Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- If the voucher is used for a lower-priced event, the difference is not refunded.
Complaints Procedure:
- Complaints may be submitted according to the Civil Code.
- Complaints must be submitted in writing or by email to the address provided in the course agreement or on www.samoobronapoznan.pl
- Disputes are handled by the Customer Service Department (email: samoobrona.poznan@gmail.com). WCSiB will respond within 14 days.
- The response will be delivered on paper or another durable medium. No warranty is provided under the Civil Code.
Electronic Services:
- To use the website and related services properly, the following technical requirements must be met:
- Internet access
- A browser that supports the reservation panel
- An active email account
- The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site. Access may be limited for maintenance or updates.
- It is forbidden to post illegal content, including but not limited to:
- Defamation
- Disclosure of trade secrets
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Acts of unfair competition
- Promotion of illegal activities
Participation or registration implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
